Tours for Expectant Parents

Would You Like to Tour Our Facilities?

St. John’s Regional Medical Center invites expectant parents to tour the Family Childbirth Centers. Tours are conducted in English and Spanish at both hospitals. This free service allows parents to obtain information about the hospital and maternity services and to feel comfortable with their choice to deliver at St. John’s.

The maternity tour includes:

• Pre-registration paperwork for delivering at St. John’s
• A packet of information services offered, including childbirth classes, Cesarean sections, breast-feeding, sibling classes, Mom and Me, Mom and Tot programs, stork express, and baby beeper services
• Slide show of the hospital that shows where the Emergency Room, Admitting Department, Labor and Delivery, Maternity, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, vending machines, and parking are located
• A walk-through of the Labor and Delivery rooms, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and the Mother-Infant Unit
